Še bilder ni... ga dam samo primer, ker je res dolgo na keto. Mislim, da je star skor 40 let, tko da zgleda tud par let mlajši.

Bilda samo za estetko pa malo meritev, ker na keto forumih zlo sodeluje in proba pomagat.

High volume training on a ketogenic diet increases fat metabolism during exercise, reduces body mass and fat content and decreases post exercise muscle damage. Cist tko na uc brez prepucavnaja levo desno, ce clovek je cips, kolk lahko dnevno zauzije iz napisanega na pakungi mascob, hidratov? en tak cips ima drugace na 100g porcije 20g mascob 10g nasicenih in 60 hidratov kar pise 450kalorij, torej se lahko to racuna samo na tak nacin da gledas kalorije? Sicer desc jih lahko zauzije kalorij do 1800 ce s enemotim.
