The village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovy in Ukraine's northern Kharkiv region is back under Ukrainian control, according to the regional governor.
Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi is located on the left bank of the Oskil River and northeast of Izyum.
About 6% of the Kharkiv region remains under Russian control, after much of it was taken back by Ukrainian forces in a counteroffensive.
Ukrainian officials are now carrying out a partial evacuation from some de-occupied areas due to "constant shelling" by Russia, regional governor Oleh Syniehubov said.
