New York Times ob sklicevanju na neimenovane vire poroča, da ameriško obrambno ministrstvo blokira predajo dokazov o ruskih vojnih zločinih v Ukrajini Mednarodnemu kazenskemu sodišču (ICC). Skrbelo naj bi jih morebitno sojenje za ameriške vojne zločine.
