Imam dve vprašanji. Nemci so mi poslali napačen avtodel, na mail niso več odgovarjali, zato sem odprl PayPal dispute in zmagal. Takole piše:

1) Kako moram poslati zadevo nazaj - ali mora pošiljka obvezno imeti tracking? Načeloma se mi to zdi logično, ampak nekako ni v skladu s stavkom, da v primeru višje vrednosti od 200 EUR, mora biti pošiljka signed for ... a ni vsaka pošiljka s trackingom že signed-for?
2) Nekje sem bral, da je višina refund zneska odvisna od "PayPal Policy" v tem primeru. A je komu jasno, kje točno si to lahko pogledam ... ne bi rad dobil vrnjene 50% vrednosti, ker v tem primeru raje obdržim tale del.
