Hudica, danes na Vranskem sem pa jaz fasal: Service High Voltage Charging System.
Kode so:
P1E00
P1FFF
P1F0E

Avto se ne polni, vozi pa se normalno. Ko mi je zmanjkalo baterije je slo normalno v hibridni nacin voznje.

Kot sem pooglal, nekateri pisejo, da je potrebna le nadgradnja softwarea, nekateri pa pisejo o nekem senzorju nivoja tekocine baterije oz. polnilca.
Karkoli bo, krije garancija na powertrain, ki je 8 let oz. 160.000km, tako da v ponedeljek grem na servis.

Ja ta senzor nivoja tekočine je verjetno slab. Edino ce so slabo na servisu ta senzor priklopil, ker to je blo naknadno vpoklic, da so dodal ta senzor na obstoječ kabel. In ko se ga zamenja/odpravi vzrok napake je treba na novo nalozit software na ta modul, ki to napako javlja, da se napaka zbriše, ker je tko narejeno, da nebi sam zbrisu napake.

Aja edin, ce res pušča hladilno/grelna tekočina, pogledaš pod haubo, spredaj rezervoar, desni, kok je notri.

Tekocine je zadosti in je ravno na sredini med crticama, tako da je optimalno. To sem najprej pogledal.

Drugace pa jaz nisem imel nobenega vpoklica oz menjave tega senzorja.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This device needs to be installed BEFORE the "Service High Voltage Charging System" appears as once triggered there is NO CHOICE but to visit a dealer and let them try to figure out what’s wrong (bad level sensor usually) THEN eventually figuring out the only way to CLEAR the combination of DTCs P1FFF and P0AA6 is to “Reprogram the HPCM2” (they will say “a software update was needed” but…) Unfortunately the coolant level sensor is not listed as a Voltec or emissions warranty part, so typically unless you are under the original "bumper to bumper" warranty they will try to ding you anywhere from $100-500 for these repairs!

Prva informacija:

Stanje: Nekatere stranke se lahko pritožijo, da se njihovo vozilo ne polni. Stranke se lahko poleg tega pritožijo, da lučka za preverjanje motorja sveti. V enoti HPCM2 se nastavi koda napake P0AA6 in/ali P1F0E ali P0DAA.

Po TIS-u je pri napaki P1FFF glavno: Opomba: Če želite počistiti kodo P1FFF, boste morda morali programirati K114B krmilni modul hibridnega/EV pogonskega sklopa 2, čeprav modul že vsebuje trenutno raven umerjanja.

DTC P1E00: Krmilna enota hibridnega pogonskega sklopa 2 je zahtevala osvetlitev MIL: Opomba: Pred diagnosticiranjem DTC-jev za krmilni modul hibridnega pogonskega sklopa 2 popravite vse DTC-je krmiljenja motorja.

Tole je z GM-volt foruma, če imaš dovolj tekočine je lahko izbrisati...


Hello!

Exactly the same happened to my Opel Ampera (European version of the Volt). Fault codes were the same. Fortunately I was able to clear them but only when the battery was empty (0km battery range). When the battery still had some charge the message »Service High Voltage Charging System« appeared again after resetting and restarting the car.

My procedure:
1.Make sure the battery is empty (0km electric range).
2.Put in the OBD adapter (I have ELM327).
3.Turn on the car.
4.Run TORQUE software on your Android phone (I am using Torque version 1.8.1), search for fault codes and then clear all 3 of them – the message »Service High Voltage Charging System« shall disappear immediately.
5.Plug-in charging cord (the car won't charge because it's still running).
6.Turn off the car and charging shall start.

The coolant level on my Ampera is a few centimeters below normal and the car was outside (and the terain was uneven) while charging when the error occurred – I normally charge it in my garage. After resetting the fault codes the car recharged now for 4 times without any problems! I also contacted service and they said they will add some coolant.

Sem že probal. Večkrat. Ni šlo. Napaka pride takoj nazaj.

Je WOT na GM forumu napisal, da so GM-ovci to napako zarili tako globoko v sistem, da jo je nemogoče odpraviti z brisanjem napak, ampak je potreben reflash.

I dealt with the SHVCS error for some time on my wifes Volt before remedying it.

Every single time I was able to clear it with a simple scantool, like any other car. No module reprogramming or anything was needed.

It's my opinion that probably 95% of the time, this is the case. Only under exceptionally rare circumstances is the "latched" code set that requires module reprogramming.


Je pa verjetno odvisno od napake. Razmišljam, če bi kar nabavil tale del, ima kdo ebay link?

Pa si siguren, da ti bo garancija električnega pogonskega sklopa to krila? Ker senzor je na posodi hladilne tekoče.

Aja eh, to potem ni nek strošek.

Razmisli pa, da bi kupil tisti "fake" senzor, ker potem ne boš več imel problema, ker koliko berem na gm forumu se nekaterim ta problem pojavlja konstantno. Pa glede funkcioniraja avta ni frke, redno samo preverjaš nivo hladilne in bo ok.

Aja, pa konc junija, ko bom imel letni servis, bom dal zamenjat hladilne tekocine.
