Zdaj vidim, da na tem pcju ne morem updejtat, ker mam 32bitne dokaj sveže 8.1.
Bom moral na uradno 32bit počakat, ker clean mi ni za delat.

Based on numbers I am hearing from multiple sources, Microsoft has reserved up to 40Tb/s per second of capacity from all of the third-party CDNs combined. To put that number in perspective, some of Apple's recent largest live events on the web have peaked at 8Tb/s. Windows 10 is expected to be five times that and will easily be the largest day/week of traffic ever on the Internet. QoS problems are to be expected, especially since all of the CDNs will be rate limiting their delivery of the 3GB download and many ISPs will max out interconnection capacity in certain cities.

To check whether your download is coming, look for a folder called:
$WINDOWS.~BT
In the root of your C:\
If its not there, check there are folders dated with todays date, here:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
Files start here, before being unpacked into the location above.
If those folders don't exist, type this at the command line:
wuauclt.exe /updatenow
(This worked for me, and my download has started)
Hope that helps. If you have to hit Windows Update with a hammer, try this:
1.Uninstalled the KB2976978
(In an elevated cmd prompt)
1.net stop wuauserv
2.rd /s /q C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
3.net start wuauserv
