UPDATE: We discovered this morning that there was an error in the database for provisioning record data, which is required for new phones to join the Fast Ring through the Windows Insider app. The team has been working to correct it but the load on the provisioning data servers has made all operations extremely slow. To fix the issue, we are taking the service offline and updating the provisioning record data for all 5100 phone POPs. It will take approximately 2 hours for us to make the update, and validate that everything is working. This is a different service from Windows Update, so Insiders who are currently on 9941 should be able to update their phones if they are already in the Fast ring. If they are in the Slow ring they will encounter the same issue with provisioning data. We apologize for the delay on this and are working to ensure it never happens again.

Quick thoughts
Between snapping photos, shooting video, sending screenshots, and managing the site, I have not had much time with the new OS. However, I can offer some initial impressions:
I would not use this on my main phone/daily driver. Grab a budget Lumia instead.
The OS feels a bit smoother, but this is still very 'beta' software
The OS is very different, yet the same. It can be a bit jarring.
Windows 10 for phone has a ton of potential and you can see it here, but there is much work left to be done
Using this build, you very much feel like what it is to be an alpha or beta tester: You get what you wished for, which is good and bad
Lots of hamburger menus, but they are not all bad on a smaller display
Project Spartan is interesting, but it is still very rough to use
Outlook Email looks great although the icons without labels can be confusing
Novi outlook in calendar app, čisto predalana sta. Spartan browser je tudi videt zelo soliden, ura tokrat po defaultu vsebuje countdown pa stopwatch, voice recorder app so dodali, dialer je malce drugačen...
Pa opazil sem, da ko greš "nazaj" v appu in ga zapustiš, še vedno ostane "naložen", zdaj pa ne vem če je to kak novi feature ali bug. appe se potem edino lahko zapre z uporabo "task bara", jaz raje tako naredim, ker imam vseeno 512MB RAMa.
Uporabljam WP10 na glavnem in edinem telefonu, tako da lahko čez nekaj časa spet poročam, ko bo kaj več za povedat

Novega je ogromno v primerjavi z Androidom, kjer razen vizualnosti in kakih bonbončkov itak nimajo kaj več dodati že zadnja 3 leta.
Če so meniju popolnoma drugačni in na drugem mestu je to huda funkcijska prenova in ne del vizualnosti. Saj je W10 v bistvu bolj Androidu podoben kot Windowsu 8.1 po načinu navigacije in tipov gesturjev.
Predvsem pa bo spet največja sprememba novo jedro, ki združi Phone in desktop, torej W10 only aplikacije prihajajo, ker pač novi API je tak velik korak da nima smisla se z WinRT 8.1 matrat.

Nazadnje urejeno:
Drži, predvsem zato, ker je vse skupaj še v fazi testiranja in kakšna reč deluje počasi, drugje je meni še iz WP8 ali pa kakšna zadeva ne deluje sploh (VPN recimo). Drugače mi je všeč meni nastavitev, tisto kar je Snecer tako močno pogrešal, so zdaj dodali in spremenili. Dialer je prece jdrugačen, smart dial je po novem že vključen, končno, to sem jaz pogrešal. WP10 aplikacija za fotoaparat ne deluje, delujejo pa Lumia Camera, Camera 360 itd...
Za videt fajn, ne pa nalagat če mislite, da bo vse delalo kot mora, da ne bo spet kdo prdel ltukaj, da je WP10 šrot.
No, meni ne dela here drive, vrže ven. Mogoče je problem da imam 620 - 512MB rama samo.

Sem pa tudi opazil, da mi posnetega materiala ne uspe predvajat, šteka...se zatika, ali pa tudi v celoti zablokira. to bi znal biti deal breaker in bom moral nazaj na WP8...moram še par dni uporabljati, potem pa bom videl kako in kaj

Zgleda problem zaradi 512MB RAMa, nekaj o tem je itak urano omenjeno med "problemi" WP10.
Ampak zanimivo..ko sem imel prej gor WP10, tistega prvega, ko sem še moral s "hackom" ga gor spravit, pa je delalo vse b.p., pa tudi hitreje mislim da je bilo delovanje...
