Oleksiy Dmitrashkovsky said that the plane was shot down over the Luhansk region after launching an attack on rebels. The pilot ejected and was taken to a secure place, he said.

Se že pozna prisotnost novih borcev, ruskih učencev, pucanje se začelo:

Militants shelled refugee convoy with mortars and Grad in the Luhansk Oblast.

Ukrainska Pravda was informed about this by Anatoliy Proshyn – the head of the North OC press centre.

‘Around 9:40 a.m. while refugees were taken out from the towns of Khriashchuvate and Novosvitlivka, militants heavily shelled them from mortars and BM-21 launch vehicle’, he said.

‘This lead to huge number of casualties. People burnt alive in the cars, they were transported in. They just didn't have enough time to leave the vehicles’, Proshyn stated.

‘This refugee convoy was transported by our operative command, for people not to be hurt. Since those areas are marked with heavy battle actions’, he added.

According to him, number of casualties hasn’t been established yet.
