Po neuradnih podatkih so lani imeli 480 mio. EUR proračuna, kar je daleč največ v karavani F1.

Alonso pa je dobro peljal rdečo šajtergo.

7] Sauber; 240-270 (BMW Ssauber in 2008/2009 was up at 650, last year they reduced to 225, id recon now they would be looking at 250 as the optimum level)
8] Toro Rosso: 225-235 (increase from the highs of 2008, whitch they had 165 employees, however they are recruting for 2012 to go to 250 employees with arround 45-75 based at Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes, the rest are at Faenza)
9] Force India: 175-190 (have lost arround 40-50 people to team Team Lotus in the past 18 months)
10] Team Lotus: 185 (Have said they will have 225-240 in 2012 for optimal levels)
11] Hispania: 135 (arround 60-70 are Hispania employees directly, the rest are consultancy or rented from Kolles or Toyota Motorsport GmbH or other consultancy firms or freelance.
12] Virgin: 85-120 (Wirth Research employing roughly 45 guys and Manor Motorsport employing 55 guys, the rest are all consultants or embedded engineers for suppliers.)
13] Toyota: 85-115 (yes they have left F1, but still have people in Cologne working on F1 projects in terms of the TF109-01 Pirelli car that is being used for tyre testing and for other teams for consultancy work. B

Alonso je odpelal odlično.Prehitel je 3 hitrejše dirkače in končal spet na stopničkah.Vendar to žal nebo dovolj, če Seb ne odstopi vsaj na eni dirki od 3.

Seb je imho ze prvak. Fonziju ne bo uspel, razen ce bo Ferrari, tako kot Redbull iznenada nekje privlekel double DRS.

Res je, kar lahko reši alonsa je odstop vettla. Ferari ne more narediti nič, zdaj so dirke tako natrpane da ni časa sploh.

No ja, letos mislim da top moštva tudi niso tako usmerjena v 2013, ker sprememb pravil skoraj ne bo (mogoče veš katera sploh bodo?) in zato ni problem, da delajo na tem avtu, ker ga bodo itak uporabljali drugo leto.

No..vsi..razen merce

Rule changes

Changes to the rules in 2012 resulted in the development of a "platypus" nose, with teams designing cars with a visible change in height along the nose assembly of the car.[79] The design attracted criticism, with Red Bull Racing driver Mark Webber labelling the cars "ugly"[80] and Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali calling them "not that pretty".[81] At the 2012 Australian Grand Prix, Charlie Whiting—the FIA technical delegate—announced that although the changes to the sporting regulations planned for the 2014 season would effectively remove the "platypus" effect, the sport's governing body is planning to phase the stepped nose out for 2013.[82] The FIA later accepted a proposal that would allow teams to cover up the stepped nose with a "modesty plate", a panel designed to obscure the step without fundamentally alter the aerodynamic profile of the car or offering any aerodynamic gain itself.[83]
At the June 2012 meeting of the World Motor Sport Council, the FIA announced plans to introduce cost-control measures for the 2013 season, which would be policed by the FIA pending the agreement of the teams.[84] This follows a failed attempt by former FIA President Max Mosley to introduce a budget cap for the 2010 season,[85] and the collapse of the Formula One Teams Association in December 2011 over the implementation of the Resource Restriction Agreement,[86][87] a voluntary agreement between teams to limit costs in the sport.[88]
The "double-DRS" system, first developed by Mercedes for the W03 in 2012 will be banned in 2013.[89] The device, which used a series of channels that ran through the car to create a stalling effect over the front wing when the rear wing drag reduction system was open, thereby cancelling out the downforce generated under normal conditions, would allow the car to achieve a higher top speed and better stability in fast corners.[90] The system was the subject of several legal challenges early in the 2012 season,[91][92][93] and rival team Lotus developed a similar system of their own[94] before teams agreed to a ban in July 2012.[89] However, while the regulations specifically banned the system developed by Mercedes, they make no provision for the variant developed by Lotus.[83]
The practice of mid-season testing, which returned to Formula One in 2012 after having been banned in 2009,[95] will be discontinued in 2013 as part of cost-cutting initiatives.[96]

Other changes

The Sixth Concorde Agreement—the contract between the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA),[97] the Formula One teams[3] and the Formula One Administration[3] which dictates the terms by which the teams compete in races and take their share of the television revenues and prize money—which was first ratified by teams in 2009 expires at the end of 2012, necessitating the creation of the Seventh Concorde Agreement.[3] As part of the renewed Agreement, the commercial rights to the sport were to be floated on the Singapore Stock Exchange;[98] however, in June 2012 the planned floatation was delayed, with weak markets, uncertainty within Europe over the continent's economic future, and Facebook's disappointing IPO cited as reasons for the delay.[99]
