Here are the options you can choose from:
(a) Travel voucher for ticket value with a validity of 12 months from date of issue.

If you couldn't use it in one year, you can either extend it for another 12 months or request for a full refund on the amount in this case.
(b) We can keep the ticket open, so you can rebook within 760 days from the date you issued your ticket.
(c) Fare conditions will apply in case of a refund. According to the fare rules, your ticket is non refundable.
Check our Travel Updates and Flight Status online, to confirm when we’re going to resume our flights. You can then call us later on to rebook your flights.
