Jaz iz teh dodatnih točk ne razberem, da bi lahko microsoft kar samovoljno nekaj počel z namenom statistične obdelave oz česarkoli drugega, razen če je le-to povezano z varnostjo, kar pa me ne moti.

Edino točka 4 je zanimiva. Mogoče bodo lahko preko nje preganjali "pirate" oz osebe z nelegalno programsko opremo, tako pravne kot fizične?
