The new way to watch TV without additional devices, installation by technicians and a second remote. The service gives access to the full TV packages with the most popular and watched TV channels, interactive functions such as pause and start from the beginning and access to watch the TV archive from the last 7 days.

What does it take to use Xplore TV for a smart TV?

1. Choose your tariff plan in A1 store or online.
2. Use a reliable internet connection from a provider of your choice.
3. Watch via Samsung or LG smart TV, model after 2017 (incl.). Check here if your smart TV is compatible.
4. Log in to My A1 and register the Xplore TV service for smart TV via the "Register here" button. If you already have Xplore TV GO to a mobile service or TV, use a different email for your new service.
5. Create an account in the app store of the respective smart TV brand, through which you will use the application. For Samsung enter here . LG only needs a profile for TVs manufactured in 2021.
6. Download the A1 Xplore TV app on your smart TV through the app store account.
7. Launch the application and log in with the email and password you specified in My A1 when registering for the service.

The A1 Bulgaria launch is the first market to go live in a five-territory project which A1 Telekom Austria Group awarded to 3SS following a competitive RFP. 3SS-engineered custom localised Xplore TV smart TV apps will subsequently be deployed in Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia.

The apps are powered by 3SS’ 3READY Product Framework and include popular features including Live TV, catchup, TV Guide, mini EPG, timeshift, live startover and cross-device continue-watching, all within an intuitive, easy-to-use UI. 3SS and A1 Telekom Austria Group are working closely on this major project, co-defining and co-creating the apps to deliver superior UX quality to maximise subscriber engagement
