Terry: I Loved Watching Barnsley Beat Liverpool
Chelsea captain John Terry said he revelled in watching Barnsley knock Liverpool out of the FA Cup in the last round. Now he's out to make sure the Tykes don't do the same to the Blues.
he South Yorkshire club will take on their second successive big four opposition in this year's FA Cup when current holders Chelsea travel to Oakwell today.
But Terry says he's determined to end Barnsley's fairytale today and ensure Chelsea reach the semi-finals.
"I watched Barnsley-Liverpool on Match of the Day and couldn’t believe the result," said the England international. “I enjoyed it. I think the whole country did - it’s what the FA Cup is all about.
"But this competition means a lot to us. We have to make sure we’re mentally and physically right and be hungrier than them. We have to win."
