Answer (1 of 6): The only issue is that you for some reason added up all the temporary balances. It would get worse if you had 500 times you spent $1. If you for some reason wanted to add up the temporary balances, you would get ($499 + $498 + $497 + … + $1) which clearly does not match anything...
