I understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with sending MMS messages.
Firstly I would like to apologise for the current inconvenience you are having with your HTC phone.
In order to be able to assist you further, please provide the following additional information,
- If possible please try a different SIM card in your phone to see if the same issue occurs.
- Please try your current SIM card in your phone to see if the same issue occurs.
- Please double check the MMS settings which may have been changed during the update,
NOTE, you may need to require the correct MMS settings from your current network provider.
Step 1:
From the Home screen, tap the right arrow.
Note: It is not possible to configure the MMS settings directly, but instead they must be configured using the HTC Connection Set up tool.
Step 2:
Tap Connection set up.
Step 3:
If the correct settings are found automatically, tap done.
If the settings are not correct, tap ...
Step 4:
Tap Manual select.
Step 5:
Tap Country.
Step 6:
Scroll down and tap the required country.
Step 7:
Tap Carrier
Step 8:
Scroll down and tap the required Carrier.
Step 9:
Tap done.
Step 10:
Wait while the settings are applied.
Click Next to continue.
Step 11:
Tap Done.
Step 12:
The MMS settings have now been applied.
