MAC OS Mavericks bo brezplačen

Odvisno od strojne opreme, ki jo imaš. Če tvoj mac ne podpira Mountain Lion-a potem je Mavericks no-go. Kompatibilni maci so naslednji:

This warning could have come in sooner apologies for the same. Captivate 7 or earlier version customers are not recommended to upgrade to new version of Mac OS as Captivate doesn’t launch . Please hold on your upgrade until we release a patch for CP 7 in next couple of weeks . Customers running earlier version of Captivate the recommendation is to switch to Mountain Lion (10.8)
So What’s the issue ? - The behavior of few Mac APIs (CFURLCreateFromFileSystemRepresentation & CFURLCopyFileSystemPath) have changed in 10.9 and this has made Captivate run time control to enter uncharted waters. We are working on addressing this and few other anomalies that we have identified with 10.9.
Could this update have come sooner? We also wish so, just that between the early builds of 10.9 and final builds had some changes , we couldn’t influence the above.
What next ? Customers are requested to hold upgrade to 10.9 until we release the patch . For customers who have already upgraded they have a choice to go back to 10.8 until we release the update . Customers who are in earlier versions the current strategy is to move back to 10.8 . At the moment we don’t have plans to patch the earlier versions of Captivate.( 6 & 5).
Finally , we deeply regret the inconvenience caused and would be more watchful on future Mac OS versions.

Ker so uporabili te API klice, ali ker niso vnaprej vedeli, da bo Apple spremenil njihovo obnašanje?

Jaz ne najdem delujoče skrekane verzije Photoshop CC, ki bi delala na OSX Mavericks. (inštalacija iz nule).
Eh, imam lightroom pa se sploh nisem spomnil probat.
Sej premiere tudi na "prvi pogled" dela, ga odpreš in delas, in tudi dela, ko pa probaš nekaj exportati, do trenutka ko določiš kodek in nastavitve tudi še, ko pa klikneš na ime fajla (npr da je default sequence01.mxf) da bi spremenil pot in ime takrat pa "umre".
Enocre pa že prej, ko klikneš na neko predlogo in jo neseš v bin je konc veselice.
Upam da adobe kmal poštima.

Iz zgornjega zapisa ne izgleda, kot da so imeli pol leta časa.

Pa verjetno imajo tudi kaj pametnejšega za delati, kot da preverjajo vsak build, kaj so spremenili in kaj ne dela. Sploh če se zadeve spreminjajo do final builda.
kaj pa ce racunalnik nabavis, pa dobis nov sistem gor? nimam izbire, sem dobil Mavericksa v paketu, ampak meni dela vse, zelo zadovoljen. je pa res, da potrebujem 4 programe za svoje delo - Photo Mechanic (dela), Lightroom (dela) in Photoshop CC (dela). ter FTP klient (FTP Transmit, ki tudi dela kot je delal prej).
tudi presenetljivo, Pages, Numbers in Keynote delajo super, recimo s tabelami, s katerimi sem se ubijal v Wordu recimo, Pages opravijo z lahkoto in naredim tako, kot zelim.
