Potreboval bi za krmiljene luči (stikala na RF 433,92Mhz) preko IR daljinca (en model od Logitech Harmony)

You need-
an arduino duemilanove ~20€
an IR-receiver ~1-2€
an RF-transmitter ~10€
a LED (optional) ~0,1€
a breadboard ~3€
a power supply(9V) ~6€
some wire brackets (you can make them yourself out of cheap wire)
all in all about 40€, maybe a little bit cheaper if you find a power supply somewhere lying around (Arduino power supply is quite common)
It is better if you make it yourself, mainly because I don't have a Logitech Harmony and therefore no possibility to test if the device is working.
It's easy, no soldering if you use a breadboard, the source code only has to be modified to include your Infrared signals (depend on the device you choose on you Harmony to switch the Arduino).
