If you have the latest CN NT maps then the road detail will be the same (in this case CN Eu NT 2010.10). The pedestrian routing options are only available on the newer Nuvi devices, and that is the only benefit.
The POIs are updated also through the CN NT maps, you will not get more from this one if you already have CN NT.
This map Provides Lane Assist to the compatible devices too.
This is only benefit to you if you have one of the newest Nuvis:
Nuvi 1200, 1300, 1400 or newer.
It will provide enhanced pedestrian mode on the new Nuvis:
